1. Service Description

ToolSparkr Autopilot is a social media management tool that helps you create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter/X, and Reddit.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for your social media accounts and all activity through them.
• You must provide accurate login credentials. We store only session cookies, never passwords.
• You must comply with each platform's terms of service.

3. Automation & Platform Policies

Social media platforms have their own rules about automation. We provide safety features (rate limiting, warm-up protocols) to protect your accounts. However, we cannot guarantee that platforms won't restrict accounts using any automation tool. We recommend Smart Draft mode for maximum safety.

4. Content Ownership

You own all content you create or generate through ToolSparkr. AI-generated content is created for your use — you have full rights to it. We do not claim ownership over your content, data, or leads.

5. Data & Privacy

Your data is stored securely and isolated per account. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Subscription & Billing

Free plan is free forever with limited features. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime — your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

ToolSparkr is provided "as is". We are not liable for account restrictions imposed by social media platforms. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
