1. Service Description
ToolSparkr Autopilot (“Service”) is a social media management platform operated by Saonix Solar Energy (“we”, “our”, “us”). The Service helps you create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, and Mastodon. The Service includes a web dashboard at app.toolsparkr.com and a Chrome browser extension.
2. Acceptable Use
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You must comply with each social media platform’s terms of service.
- You must not use the Service to post illegal, harmful, hateful, or misleading content.
- You must not use the Service to spam, harass, or impersonate others.
- You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits or safety features.
- You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.
- You must provide accurate information during signup.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- We store OAuth tokens for connected platforms — never your social media passwords.
- You must comply with each platform’s terms of service when using automation features.
4. Automation and Platform Policies
Social media platforms have their own rules about automation. We provide safety features including rate limiting, random delays, and warm-up protocols to protect your accounts. However, we cannot guarantee that platforms will not restrict accounts using any automation tool. You use automation features at your own discretion. We recommend using “Review Before Posting” mode for maximum safety.
5. Content Ownership
You own all content you create or generate through ToolSparkr. AI-generated content is created for your use — you have full rights to publish, modify, or delete it. We do not claim ownership over your content, data, analytics, or leads. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.
6. Data and Privacy
Your data is stored securely and isolated per account. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, storage, and your rights.
7. Subscription and Billing
The free plan is free forever with limited features. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as indicated at time of purchase. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for: (a) account restrictions imposed by social media platforms, (b) loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control, (c) content posted through the Service, or (d) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or fail to pay for premium features. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request earlier deletion.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through arbitration if necessary.
